Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd.

Our office for Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. is based at E-35 in Sarita Vihar. It’s a pretty standard office setup in a busy part of New Delhi. We don't actually have the resorts here; this is where we handle the planning and the memberships and all the phone calls. Sarita Vihar is a nice area, but it gets very congested during rush hour, so getting to the office at E-35 can take some time. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and people talking on headsets. We spend our day explaining how the memberships work and helping people figure out their vacation dates. It can get a bit repetitive, but seeing photos of the actual resorts makes the office work feel a bit more connected to the real world. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and take our breaks. The office isn't particularly large or decorated with anything fancy. It’s just a functional space where we can get through the daily tasks of managing holiday bookings. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit loud in here. We try to keep our records straight and make sure everyone’s questions get answered. It’s a lot of computer work and talking to people from all over the country. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to keep things moving along smoothly throughout the week.
