You can find us over in Munirka, at Plot No-310.A/B in Budh Vihar. We are in Room No-13. It’s a small space, but it’s where we get all the work done for Mahindra Holidays. We aren't a big resort ourselves; we are the ones who handle the planning and the bookings from this office. The room is often filled with the sound of typing and people talking about different travel spots. It gets a bit cramped when we have all the files out, but we make it work. Most of us have been working in this part of New Delhi for a long time. We know the shortcuts through the streets when the traffic gets bad. People come in to ask about their points or where they can go for their next summer trip. We just sit down with them and look at the computer. There is no big lobby or fancy fountains here. It’s just a practical office with some desks and a couple of chairs for visitors. We spend our days looking at calendars and trying to find open dates for families who want to get away. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes. We like being in Munirka because it feels like a real community. We’re just regular people helping other people plan their time off. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, every single day.
