Our office is tucked inside Vidya Vihar Apartments in Sector 9, Rohini. We’re in unit 17. Because it’s an apartment building, it doesn’t really feel like a workplace in the traditional sense. It feels more like a home that happens to have a lot of computers and files in it. We like it that way because it’s a bit more relaxed. We don’t have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s just a regular door in a hallway. Inside, we have our desks set up in what used to be a living room. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone and trying to organize everything. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we manage. We’ve been in New Delhi for a long time, and Rohini is a nice place to be based. There are parks nearby where we can go for a quick walk if the work gets a bit too much. We don't have any polished slogans or big corporate speeches. We’re just a small team working out of an apartment. We keep things pretty simple and don't make a big fuss about things. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a big office tower. We just show up, do our work, and head home to our families.
