We are located at H.No.14 in Mander Wali Geli, right in New Delhi. It's a busy little area and we share space with Zila Singh’s place. Most days we are just buried in paperwork. People come in wanting to talk about their vehicle loans or how the installments work. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at files. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we get the work done. The street outside is usually crowded, so finding a spot to park a scooter can be a real pain sometimes. We handle the finance side of things for Mahindra. It’s mostly local people from the surrounding blocks who stop by to drop off documents or ask questions about their accounts. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long, but some days the system is slow or there’s a line out the door. It’s a job where you talk to a lot of different people all day. Some are happy, some are stressed about their bills. We just sit here and process the numbers as they come in. The fans hum all day and we drink a lot of tea to stay focused. It’s just how it is working in this part of Delhi. We’ve been here at this address for a good while and the neighbors know us.
