We are based right inside Khan Market at number 62. You might know the Blanco Restaurant because that is where we are located. It is a very busy spot in New Delhi and there is always something going on outside our doors. Working in Khan Market is interesting because you see all sorts of people walking by every day. The office part of our business is tucked away and it gets quite cramped when we have all the staff in at once. We spend a lot of time managing the day-to-day things for the hospitality side. The kitchen downstairs stays busy and you can often smell whatever they are cooking while we are working on the books. It is a prestigious area but our actual working space is pretty basic. We have some old wooden desks and a computer that takes a minute to start up. Sometimes we have to run out to get supplies or meet people in the market. The parking around here is a total nightmare so most of us don't even bother driving. We just use the metro or get dropped off nearby. It is a lot of hard work keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We don't really do much talking about ourselves, we just make sure the restaurant and the company things are sorted out before we head home for the night. It is just a regular job in a very busy part of the city.
