We are based out of Rohini, specifically in Sector 17. Our office is at House Number 203 in Pocket 17. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, pretty crowded and always something going on. Being in the transport business, things are always moving. We have trucks going in and out of different ports, though they don't all fit on this street. We spend a lot of time on the phone tracking where things are. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets stressful when a shipment is late or a driver gets stuck. The office is just a regular place with some computers and a lot of paper ledgers. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls here. Most of the furniture is a bit old now, but it still works fine for us. We've been in this part of New Delhi for a long time. People around here know us as the transport folks. It’s not a glamorous job at all. There is a lot of dust and noise from the road. We deal with drivers, mechanics, and customers all day long. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things harder than they need to be. But we just keep going. We don’t have a big marketing team or a sleek website. We just rely on doing the work properly so people call us back. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. Everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. It’s just a normal day.
