Maharani Guest House

Maharani Guest House is located right in U-35/36, DLF Phase 3 in Gurgaon. If you know this area, you know how fast it has changed over the years. We started this guest house to give people a place to stay that feels a bit more like a home than those big glass hotels nearby. We have a few rooms, and they are kept simple and tidy. Nothing over the top. My family helps out with the daily chores, from changing the linens to making sure the water heaters are working in the mornings. Gurgaon can be a bit overwhelming with all the malls and traffic, so we try to keep our place quiet. We have some regular guests who have been coming to us for years whenever they have work in the city. They like that they can just sit in the common area and read a newspaper without being bothered. We don't have a big staff, so if you call, you’ll probably talk to one of us directly. We handle the cooking ourselves too, mostly simple meals that we eat too. The building is easy to find once you get into the internal lanes of Phase 3. We just keep our heads down and do the work needed to keep the place running. It’s a small life, but we like it this way. There’s always some laundry to fold or a guest to check in.
