Mahan Air-An Iranian Airlines

Our office is in Faridabad, specifically at number 915 in Sector-37. It’s an interesting spot because we represent Mahan Air, an Iranian airline, but we are right here in Haryana. The building is in a part of town that has a lot of industrial units and some houses mixed in. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we’ve gotten used to the roads. Inside, it’s a fairly simple setup. We have a couple of desks, a printer that makes a loud grinding noise, and some maps of the Middle East pinned to the wall. We spend the day communicating with the main offices and helping people with their travel plans to and from Iran. It’s a lot of translation and checking visa requirements. The office isn't very big, so we all know what everyone else is doing. We don’t have a big canteen or anything, so we usually just order some food from the local dhabas or bring things from home. In the summer, the heat in Faridabad can be pretty intense, so we rely heavily on the window AC unit. It’s a bit noisy, but it does the job. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to sound like we are in a high-rise in Dubai. We are just a local team in Faridabad handling the logistics for the airline. It’s steady, practical work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
