Modipon Colony is where we are located. It is an old spot in Modinagar and we have been at B-83 for a good while now. Most people around here know the colony because it is just off the main road in the Ghaziabad district of UP. We handle hospitality stuff, which mostly means looking after guests and making sure the daily things run okay. It is a small operation, really. It is not like those big fancy chains you see in the center of the city. We just focus on what needs doing from one day to the next. Sometimes it gets really busy and other times it is quite quiet. That is just how it goes here. My cousin helps out and we have a few local folks working with us too. We are not doing anything fancy or complicated. We just keep the rooms tidy and the kitchen going. If you are coming through Modinagar, this is where you will find us. We have a sign out front, though it is a bit faded from the sun and rain. The building has been here since the old factory days so it has that lived-in feel. It gets a bit dusty outside because of the road work they are always doing nearby, but inside it is fine. We spend most of our time just managing the bookings and keeping the place clean. There is not much else to say except we are here at B-83.
