We’ve been sitting here in the Suryakiran Building for a good while now. You can find us at GS 9, right on the ground floor. It’s a busy spot, people coming and going all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is around here. We handle a lot of different things related to travel and flights, mostly paperwork and making sure everything is lined up for people's trips. There’s a lot of sitting at desks and talking on the phones. The office isn’t anything too fancy, just some desks, chairs, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Mondays, it’s a bit of a scramble. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's coffee orders and when someone needs a break. It's not a huge operation, but we stay busy. People stop by to ask questions about tickets or just to check on their bookings. We spend most of our time staring at screens and checking schedules. The light in the building is okay, though we usually have the big overheads on. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes because things change so fast in this industry. One day it's quiet and the next day the phones won't stop ringing. We just take it as it comes. We aren't a big flashy agency, just a local group doing our jobs.
