I’m Shashank Joshi and I run things from Flat No 9, Pocket No 13 in Rohini Sector 21. It’s a residential area in New Delhi, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets. My place is just a regular flat where I’ve set up a workspace to handle everything. It’s not a big commercial office with a lobby or anything like that. Working from Rohini is nice because it’s a bit more relaxed, but finding Pocket 13 can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here. I usually have to give directions over the phone. The flat is filled with books and papers and my computer setup. It’s a very personal space, not a polished corporate environment at all. I don't use any fancy mission statements or marketing talk because I don't see the point. I just wake up, make some coffee, and start working on whatever needs doing. Some days are slow and others are completely packed with tasks. It’s a simple life running a business from a home flat in Sector 21. I like the independence of it. It’s just a honest way to work and keep things going without all the extra fluff.
