Magic Communication

Magic Communication is a small shop you can find at Kucha Pati Ram 896, right off G B Road in the Sita Ram Bazar area. This part of the city is incredibly crowded and there is always something going on outside our door. We deal with mobile phones, repairs, and various small electronic bits. The shop is quite tiny and we have shelves stacked high with boxes and spare parts. It can be hard to move around sometimes when we have a few customers inside. We spend most of our time hunched over a workbench trying to fix broken screens or soldering small components. It is not the kind of place that looks like a modern showroom. It is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it works for what we do. We have been in this location for many years now. The local people know they can come to us when their phone acts up. Sometimes the narrow lanes make it hard for deliveries to reach us, so we have to go out and carry things in ourselves. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of guys who understand how these gadgets work. It is a noisy, busy place to spend a day, but we are used to the rhythm of the market. We just keep it simple and handle the repairs as they come in.
