Mag Travel Pvt Ltd. is tucked away at 3163, Gali Mandir Wali in the Pahari Dhiraj area of Delhi. Being an IATA authorized agency is something we are proud of, but we are still a very local business at heart. If you have ever been to Pahari Dhiraj, you know the lanes are narrow and always full of energy. Our office is right there in the middle of it all. It is a place with a lot of history and we have seen the neighborhood change over the years. Inside the office, it is usually quite busy with people coming in to talk about their trips or asking for help with visas. We have a few desks and some old wooden cupboards filled with records. It is a bit cramped sometimes, especially when a few customers come in at once, but we make it work. We do not have a fancy reception desk or a coffee machine, just a water cooler and some chairs for people to sit on while they wait. The sound of the street outside is always there in the background. We know most of the shopkeepers on the gali and we often share a cup of tea with them. Our work is about getting people where they need to go without any fuss. We are just a small team in an old part of Delhi doing our best to help travelers every single day.
