My name is Vikkey Mishra and I run things here at Madhu Vihar, B.S.S.P Exports. We are located at D-2/3 Jeevan Park in Uttam Nagar. My father is Shri Madan Mohan Mishra, and he’s been a big part of how we do things. It’s basically a family-run setup. We handle exports from this location. The neighborhood is usually quiet, but we keep busy with shipments and orders. Sometimes the piles of boxes get a bit high in the hallway. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It's more of a practical space where we manage the paperwork and talk to suppliers. Dealing with exports means there's always something to track or a form to fill out. Uttam Nagar has been our base for quite some time now. We know the neighbors and they know us. It’s a simple life. We just try to get the work done right and keep the business going. If the phone rings, it's usually a client or a delivery guy getting lost in the lanes of Jeevan Park. We’ve lived and worked here for years, so it’s home to us. The gate is sometimes a bit stuck in the rainy season, but we manage just fine.
