You can find us over at Rz-1/82 on Lane No 2 in Tuglakabad Extension. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the lanes here in New Delhi-19, but once you find Lane 2, we’re right there. We work under the name Maddysown Homes And Resorts Pvt Ltd (Club Mahindra), and we handle things related to the resort memberships. It’s mostly an office where we talk to people about their holiday plans and sort out the details. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some folders, a few desks, and some pictures of places that look a lot more relaxing than Tuglakabad. It gets pretty dusty around here with all the construction and traffic, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the front windows. We aren't a big resort ourselves; we’re just the place where the planning happens. People come in with a lot of questions about their trips, and we do our best to find the answers in the system. Sometimes the computers are slow, or the phone lines act up, but we just keep at it. It’s a local office feel, not like those big cold buildings in the city center. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys who deliver the water. It’s just a normal workplace. We show up, help people with their vacation stuff, and then head home. No frills, just the daily work of running the office.
