Maa Ambay

Maa Ambay is located at Plot No-K-248 on the Main Road in Karawal Nagar. We are right where the Som Bazar happens. On market days, it gets incredibly busy around here with stalls and people everywhere. It’s a lively place to be. Our shop is just a simple building on the main stretch. We’ve been part of the Karawal Nagar community for quite some time now. We don't go in for anything flashy. The inside of our place is mostly just stock and a counter where we talk to people. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll often see the same faces every time you come in. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. We just open the doors every morning and see what the day brings. Sometimes the street is dusty, and other times it’s muddy from the rain, but we stay open regardless. We know our customers by name, and they know us. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to run a decent shop and be helpful to the people who walk through our door. It’s a straightforward life here at Som Bazar. We just keep our heads down and do our work as best as we can. Being on the main road means we see everything that happens in the neighborhood. We usually have a few chairs out front for people to sit and chat for a minute.
