M2K Cinemas

Our cinema is located on the first floor at Rp-60 in Pitampura. It has been a staple in this part of Delhi for quite some time. We are not one of those giant multiplexes where you get lost just trying to find the bathroom. We are a bit smaller and more personal than that. You will usually find me near the ticket counter or checking on the snack bar. We spend a lot of our time making sure the popcorn is fresh and the soda machines are working right. The weekends are always a bit of a scramble because everyone in Pitampura seems to want to see the new movies at the same time. After a show ends, we have to move fast to sweep up the floors and get the halls ready for the next group. Sometimes the projectors give us a bit of trouble, but we have learned how to fix things on the fly. We have a small crew and we all do a bit of everything, from tearing tickets to helping people find their seats in the dark. It is a loud, busy environment with all the movie trailers playing, but we like the energy of it. It is just a regular local theater where people can come to relax for a couple of hours and watch a film without any big fuss.
