We are M K Travel, located at F-37 on Nafees Road. This is right in the Batla House area of Jamia Nagar. Okhla can be a really crowded place to get through, but we’ve been here in 110025 for quite some time. Our office is small. It’s mostly filled with stacks of papers, old calendars, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to go. It’s a lot of checking dates and prices. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside on Nafees Road. We don’t have a big neon sign. It’s just a doorway where people drop in to ask about tickets or visas. We know most of the people who walk through the door. It’s that kind of neighborhood. We aren't some big travel agency with a website that does everything. We like to talk to people face to face. It feels more real that way. Sometimes we have tea while we figure out a difficult itinerary. It’s just us here, trying to help folks get where they need to go. If the shop is open, someone is usually sitting at the desk. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just handle the travel stuff. That’s what we do. It's a simple business and we've been running it this way for years.
