Lufthansa

Our office is tucked away in Flat No. 88C of the Dda Flats in New Delhi, right in the 110 075 area. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels a lot different than being in a big commercial building in the middle of the city. We like it this way because it’s a bit quieter, even though you can hear the kids playing downstairs in the park sometimes. The flat isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need for Lufthansa into the rooms. We have our desks set up near the windows to get as much natural light as possible. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding 88C because the numbering in these blocks can be a little confusing, but they eventually get here. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea throughout the day. It’s a very casual environment. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Most days it’s just us typing away and handling the various tasks that come our way. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and the neighbors are used to us by now. The balcony has a few plants that we try to keep alive, though the Delhi heat isn't always kind to them. It is just a regular place where regular people come to work. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy mission statements hanging on the wall. We just do our jobs and go home at night.
