You can find us over in Dwarka at Flat No - 07, on the second floor of the building at Plot No - Rza 2. It’s the Reliance Tower building in Mahavir Vihar, Sector 1. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t even think about it anymore. Even though the name on the door is Lufthansa German Airlines, this isn't the airport. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here in New Delhi-75. The office is inside a flat, so it has a bit of a homey feel, even with all the computers and phones around. We spend our days looking at flights, bookings, and various customer issues that come through the system. Dwarka is a big area, and Sector 1 has its own vibe. There’s always someone coming up the stairs or waiting for the lift in the building. We keep the tea kettle going pretty much all day long. It’s a lot of sitting and talking on headsets, trying to explain things to people or fixing mistakes in the computer. We don't have a big fancy lobby here. It’s just a practical office where the work gets done. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the traffic at the main intersections is acting up. We just try to stay on top of the airline stuff and keep the paperwork moving.
