Lufthansa German Airlines

Our office for Lufthansa German Airlines is over in Rajouri Garden, at J-7/42. It’s a well-known part of West Delhi, and it’s always busy around here. We aren't located in one of those huge airport offices; instead, we’re right in the middle of the neighborhood. This makes it easier for locals to find us when they have questions about their flights or need help with their bookings. The office is pretty simple inside. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of computers that stay on all day. Dealing with an airline means there is always something happening, whether it's a schedule change or someone needing a specific seat. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just try to explain things clearly so everyone understands what’s going on with their travel plans. Rajouri Garden has its own energy, and we are just a small part of that. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the markets and traffic, but we just keep working through it. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth communication that comes with international travel. It’s mostly about staying organized and making sure no details get missed. We’ve been at this Rajouri Garden location for a while, and people know they can just come in and talk to us like normal human beings. It’s honest work and we like being part of this area.
