Lufthansa German Airlines

We are situated at R Z-7 in the Dabri Extension area, right near the main post office in Palam. Being so close to the airport makes sense for what we do. The office is in a busy part of New Delhi with the pin code 110045. It’s a very practical location, though the streets can get quite narrow and crowded with rickshaws and delivery bikes. We don't have a big shiny glass building here. It is a more humble setup where we take care of the ground-level stuff that keeps the airline things moving. Most of our day is spent handling documents and making sure everything is in order. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. The building is older, and we’ve had to fix the plumbing a few times, but it serves its purpose. We don't talk about excellence or vision because we are too busy checking lists and updating files. It is just a normal workplace with people who have been doing this for years. We know the local tea seller by name and we usually eat our lunch at our desks while finishing up the morning's tasks. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we don't mind much. We just show up, do what is needed for the flights, and head home when the sun goes down. It is a simple, hardworking life in a busy neighborhood.
