Lufthansa German Airlines

Our spot is in Himalayan Apartment, which is Plot No 10 over in Sector 22 of Dwarka. It’s a bit different because we are in an apartment block, specifically C2/42. Living and working in New Delhi means you get used to the noise, but here it’s a bit more tucked away. We handle things for Lufthansa German Airlines from this office. Most of the time it is just the sound of the phones ringing and the hum of the air conditioner trying to keep the Delhi heat away from the computers. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of files about flight paths and passenger details. The security guard at the gate knows us well since we are here early every morning. We don't have a big shiny lobby or anything, just a door with the name on it. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate place. Sometimes we have to run out to get printouts or grab some snacks from the local market nearby. The light in the afternoon hits the windows just right, but it makes the room a bit warm. We just keep our heads down and deal with the bookings and the questions that come in. It’s a steady pace here in 110075. We’ve got a small kettle for coffee and enough chairs for when someone needs to sit and wait. It is a practical way to run things without any extra fuss for anyone involved.
