Lufthansa Airline

This is our small branch office over in Sector 5 of R.K Puram, at number 988. It’s tucked away in a residential-feeling area of New Delhi. While the name Lufthansa Airline is big, this specific spot is where we handle the local side of things. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the main city center. We’ve got a few desks and some files, nothing too fancy. People come in when they need help with things that can’t be done over a computer. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules. The office has been here a while and it feels familiar. Sometimes it’s just a couple of us in here. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. You just find the number and come on up. R.K Puram is a nice area, lots of trees and regular life happening. We like that it doesn't feel like a giant airport terminal here. It’s more like a local workplace. We deal with whatever comes through the door, usually travel questions or paperwork. There isn't much to the "about us" part other than we work here and try to get the details right for everyone. It’s a straightforward job and we keep it that way. No big corporate speeches, just the daily tasks in a quiet Delhi sector. We’ve been at this desk for years and we know the routine inside out. It's just a regular day's work for us.
