Luffthansa

Luffthansa is located over in Vikas Puri, specifically at Jg/3, 100-C in New Delhi. It is a busy little spot and we spend most of our mornings just getting the computers started and seeing what the day looks like. The office is right in the middle of everything, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We handle a lot of different things related to travel and flights here. People call us up when they are confused about their tickets or when they need to change a flight at the last minute. It gets a bit hectic around noon when everyone seems to want something at the same time. We have a small table in the corner where we keep the kettle for tea and some biscuits for when we get a break. The walls are covered with different posters and some calendars that are a bit out of date. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know the neighborhood and how to get things moving. Sometimes the printer jams and we have to spend twenty minutes fixing it, which is annoying, but we get through the work eventually. If you are around Vikas Puri, you have probably walked past our door without even thinking about it. We just keep things running as best as we can every single day.
