Lucky Tours & Travels is run out of the 2nd floor here at 399/6A in Zakir Nagar. It’s over in the New Okhla Village part of Delhi. Gayoor Ahmad is the name you’ll see on the documents. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a big storefront on the main road; you have to come up to the second floor to find us. The office is simple—just some chairs, a couple of computers, and plenty of notebooks for keeping track of bookings. Zakir Nagar is a tight-knit area, and we feel like part of the neighborhood. We handle various travel needs for people around here. It’s not a corporate skyscraper environment. It’s more of a place where we sit down and figure out the best way for someone to get to their destination. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and it can get quite warm in the summer, but we have our fans going. We spend our days talking to customers and checking schedules. There’s always something to do, whether it’s fixing a booking error or just giving directions. We’ve been here in Okhla for a good amount of time now. It’s just a local business trying to keep things moving for the travelers who come to us. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. We aren't fancy, just honest people working on the second floor. Sometimes the printer jams or the tea runs out, but we just keep going anyway.
