Our office is located at Flat No. 46 in the D.D.A Flats over in Mansarover Park. If you know Shahdara, you know it’s a crowded part of New Delhi, but it’s home for us. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a good bit of time now. It’s a lived-in space, not some corporate tower with a lobby. We mostly spend our time on the phones or looking at computer screens. The walls have some old maps on them. We deal with transportation and travel arrangements, mostly just making sure people get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit, but we get through the day. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us answering calls and replying to emails. The neighborhood is noisy, especially during the day, but that's just how Shahdara is. We share tea in the afternoon and talk about the weekend. It’s a practical setup. We focus on the details of the trips we organize. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just book the stuff and hope the weather stays good for the travelers. It’s a simple business run by people who live nearby. We like the local food stalls around here, and we usually get our lunch from the market. It keeps us going until five.
