Our office is way out in Palra village, which is near Ranipur in the Jhansi district. It’s a very rural spot, far away from the big city lights and the noise. To get here, you have to drive down some dusty roads that can be a bit rough during the monsoon season. We operate out of a small building that’s been here for quite some time now. The surroundings are mostly fields and a few other houses. It’s quiet, except for the birds and the occasional tractor driving past the front door. We deal with travel arrangements for people in the area who need to get to the city or even further away. There isn't much furniture inside—just a couple of heavy wooden desks and some plastic chairs for customers to sit on while they wait. The walls are bare, and we usually have a radio playing in the background to keep things lively during the day. Since we are in a village, everyone knows everyone else. People just drop in without an appointment to ask about bus times or train tickets. We don't have a fancy website or a big team; it’s just a few of us who know the local routes well. The air is much fresher here than in Jhansi town, and we usually close up early when the sun starts to go down. It’s a slow pace of life, but we like it that way.
