Our office is in Ajeet Vihar, right near the Triguneswari Mandir in Burari. If you are coming from the main part of New Delhi, it takes a little while to get out here. We mostly spend our time on the phone or looking at computer screens trying to figure out bus or train routes for people. It’s a small place, nothing too fancy. Sometimes the temple nearby gets very loud with bells and music, which reminds us where we are. We have maps and papers scattered everywhere because we’re always checking schedules. People walk in from the neighborhood asking about trips or how much a ticket costs to various places. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us sitting at the desks, drinking tea, and trying to make sure the bookings go through without any errors. Burari is a growing area, so things are always changing around here. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit to get back to work. We just take it as it comes. It's a lot of coordination and making sure drivers know where they are going. We keep the doors open throughout the day and stay until the last email is answered. It’s a simple operation, run by people who just know the travel business well. We just try to get the paperwork right for everyone.
