Looking For Job

Our small office is located at F-222/4 in Rajnagar, right near the D.D.A Park in Palam Colony. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from this side of New Delhi, but it’s a nice enough area once you arrive. We spend our days helping people who are trying to find work. It’s a lot of looking through resumes and talking to people about what they can do. We’ve seen all sorts of folks come through our doors, from young people just starting out to older workers looking for something new. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a couple of computers. We keep things simple because that’s what works best for us. Being near the park is nice for when we need a bit of fresh air. The neighborhood is very busy, especially around Palam Colony, so there is always a lot of foot traffic. We try to give everyone who walks in a bit of our time, even if we don't have a job for them right away. It can be tough work because you see how much people need a break, but we do what we can. Our team is small, just a few of us who have lived in Delhi for years. We don’t have any fancy posters or big mission statements on the walls. We just sit down, look at the listings, and see if we can make a match. It takes a lot of patience but we manage.
