You can find our office at A-269 in New Ashok Nagar, which is right on the edge of Delhi before you cross over into Noida. It’s an area that is always busy with small businesses and people moving goods back and forth. Our space is filled with documents related to shipping and international logistics. There are always stacks of papers on the desks and people talking on their mobiles about container schedules or customs forms. It’s not the most glamorous work, and the office reflects that. We have some basic chairs for visitors and a few computers that are always running. The street outside is usually quite dusty, and there is often a lot of noise from the construction work nearby. We spend our time coordinating between different parties to make sure things get from one place to another. Sometimes there are delays at the border or with the paperwork, and those are the days when things get really stressful here. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any marketing banners on the walls. It’s just a place of work where we try to stay on top of the logistics world. We know most of the other business owners on this block, and we often chat with them during tea breaks. It’s a hardworking environment where we just focus on getting the daily tasks finished so we can head home on time at the end of the day.
