Lodi The Garden Restaurent

We’ve been over at Hose No 144 in Laxmi Bai Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and honestly, running Lodi The Garden Restaurent keeps us on our toes every single day. Most mornings start with getting the chairs set up and checking on the plants because that’s what people usually notice first. We aren't a big chain or anything fancy like that, just some folks trying to make sure people have a decent place to sit and eat. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but once you step inside, it usually feels a bit better. We spend a lot of time just cleaning and making sure everything works, from the kitchen lights to the fans. It’s hard work, and some days are better than others, depending on how many people show up. The neighborhood around here is pretty active, so we see a lot of regular faces. We don't have some big corporate strategy. We just show up, open the doors, and try to get the food right. If someone walks in, we say hello and get them a table. It's simple stuff. We've had our share of leaky taps and burnt-out bulbs over the years, but that’s just part of owning a place. Being in New Delhi means it gets hot, so we're always messing with the cooling. We just want to keep things running at Laxmi Bai Nagar without too much fuss or headache for anybody.
