Lodhi Property Company Ltd. is located at number 69 in Rajpura Extn. We are part of the Aman Group, but this office is where the actual ground work happens. Most of our day is spent talking to people about houses, shops, or bits of land around New Delhi. It is a small office with a couple of desks and some old chairs for visitors. We have maps on the walls and plenty of files stacked up in the corners. It’s not a shiny glass building. It’s just a place where we sit down and drink tea while discussing prices and locations. The neighbors know us well since we have been in Rajpura Extn for a good while. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it is so quiet you can hear the birds outside. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts if we can help it. We just try to find out what someone is looking for and see if we have it on our books. Working in real estate in this city is always a bit chaotic, but we like the pace of it. We are just a small team trying to keep things moving. You won't find any slick sales pitches here. We just tell you what the area is like and what the rent should be. It is a very practical way to spend the day and we prefer it that way.
