Our workspace is usually a mess of electrical wires, sensors, and metal parts. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a place where we actually build things. We spend a lot of time hunched over workbenches with soldering irons. The neighborhood of Moti Nagar is always buzzing with activity, so there is no shortage of background noise. We started this because we liked the challenge of solving mechanical problems. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Usually, when the phone rings, it’s someone we’ve worked with before. We handle the design and the assembly ourselves. It can be frustrating when a circuit doesn't work the way it should. We just keep at it until it does. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just say we fix and build controllers. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project if a deadline is close. It’s just a group of us who enjoy the work. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make machines that do what they are supposed to do for the people who buy them. It is a simple life in the shop.
