This office is located C/O Pappu Beniwal right in Pitampura Village. If you know New Delhi, you know Pitampura is a crowded and lively spot. We are right in the middle of all that action. Most of our day is spent with headsets on, talking to people from all over. It gets pretty noisy in the room when everyone is on a call at the same time. We have rows of desks and computers that are always running. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. Working in the village area means there are always people walking by outside and the sounds of the local market nearby. We take our breaks at the little tea stalls down the road. It is a very normal, local setup. Livewire Call Centre has been at this address for a bit now, and we have grown used to the rhythm of the place. The entrance is tucked away, so you have to look for the sign near Pappu Beniwal's spot. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where people come to do their jobs and then head home to their families. We handle a lot of different calls, and every day brings something different. Some days are slow, but usually, it is just one call after another until the shift ends. It is honest work in a busy part of Delhi.
