You can find us on the first floor of the building at 39 Church Road. It is right there in Bhogal Market, which is almost always crowded and noisy. Being in Jungpura means we are close to a lot of things, which really helps with the aviation work we do. Most of the time, our office is filled with people talking about flight schedules and ground handling duties. It is not a very big space, and we have folders stacked on almost every flat surface we can find. We focus on the practical side of flying, the stuff that happens on the ground that most people never really see. It involves a lot of coordination and making sure people are where they need to be at the right time. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes it hard for everyone to get in on time, but we manage somehow. The office has big windows looking out over the market, so there is always something to see. We do not use a lot of corporate talk here; it is mostly just checking lists and making sure the crews are ready. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we tell people to be careful. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the entrance in the middle of all the market stalls. We have a small kettle in the corner that is always on the go. It is how we get through the day when there is a lot to track.
