Livewel Aviation Services

Our office is located at F-6/9 in DLF Phase-I, Gurgaon. It’s a well-known area in Haryana, but our building is just a regular one on the street. We do aviation services here, which involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. Most of us spend the day on the phone or checking flight schedules on our monitors. It’s a busy environment even if we aren't at the actual airport. There is always some paperwork that needs to be filed or a logistical problem to solve. We have a small team, and we’re usually pretty focused on our tasks. The traffic in Gurgaon can be a real nightmare, so many of us arrive quite early to avoid the worst of it. We have a little area where we keep the coffee pot, and that gets a lot of use. We don't have a big corporate feel here. It’s just a bunch of people trying to keep things running smoothly for the planes and crews we support. Sometimes we have to stay late when there are delays or changes in the flight plans. It’s not always easy, but we’re used to the pace by now. We’ve been in this office for a good bit of time. It’s a comfortable enough space, though it gets a bit crowded when we have meetings. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing to keep the day moving along.
