Our office is located at number 28 in the Manocha Apartments. Vikas Puri is a nice residential area, so it stays pretty quiet around here compared to the main New Delhi roads. We work on aviation services from this spot. It involves a lot of coordination and making sure things are where they need to be at the right time. Usually, it is just a few of us sitting at our desks with a lot of paperwork and digital schedules. We deal with things related to planes and airports, but from this apartment office. Sometimes neighbors ask what we do exactly since we are not a regular shop or store. We just explain we handle the service and support side of things for the industry. It has been our base for a long time. The rooms are a bit cramped because of all the files we have to keep for the records. We do not have a big lobby or a front desk. People come in, we talk about the work, and then we get on with it. Sometimes we stay late when there are deadlines or things change suddenly at the airport. New Delhi can be hectic, so being in a residential spot like this helps us stay focused. We use the local tea stall guy for our morning rounds every day. It is a straightforward operation with daily tasks and back-end support.
