Livewel Aviation Pvt.Ltd. is based out of Rz-52 in Kailashpuri, which is right in the Palam area of New Delhi. Being so close to the airport means we hear planes all day long, which is fitting since we are in the aviation business. The office is a bit of a hike from the main road, but it’s a decent spot once you get there. We spend a lot of time on the computer, dealing with ground handling details or maintenance schedules that need to be updated. It’s not the kind of place with leather sofas or a fancy coffee machine. We mostly just have a water cooler and some packets of biscuits for when the shifts get long. The carpet is a bit worn out in the spots where we roll our chairs back and forth between the desks. We have a lot of manuals stacked up on the shelves that we have to refer to constantly. It’s a serious kind of work because everything in aviation has to be done just right, but we still find time to joke around when things aren't too frantic. The lighting in the office is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake during the afternoon slump. We’ve been at this Palam location for a good while, so we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the airport nearby and the constant flow of people coming through the door for meetings. It is just a normal office where we do our jobs.
