Live Wire Call Center Services Pvt. Ltd. operates from H.No.-175 in Mangla Puri Ase-1, Palam, New Delhi-110045. It’s a call center, so as you can imagine, it is never really quiet in here. We have rows of desks and people wearing headsets talking for hours on end. We handle all sorts of calls for different companies that don't want to do it themselves. The office in Palam is where we spend most of our lives. It’s not a glamorous job, and it can be pretty tiring to talk to people all day, especially when they are upset. We have a mix of young people looking for their first job and some who have been doing this for years. Mangla Puri is a busy neighborhood and we are just one of the many businesses tucked away in these streets. We don't have any fancy lounges or break rooms. We just have a small space to eat our lunch and then we get back to the phones. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because of all the computers in the room. We don't pretend to be a big global corporation. We are just a local service provider trying to keep the calls moving and make sure our clients are satisfied with the work we do. It’s a lot of repetitive work but it pays the bills for everyone here and we try to keep a friendly atmosphere.
