Life Smile India doesn't have a big physical office that you can just walk into from the street. If you want to get in touch with us, you have to use the email address nirmalkoli@yahoo.com. That is where we do all our communicating. It might seem a bit strange to some people, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time sitting in front of the computer screen, reading through messages and sending out replies. We try to help people out with their questions and needs, focusing on making things a bit better. It’s just a few of us working on this. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website with lots of pictures. We just use the tools we have. Sometimes the internet is down and it takes us a little longer to get back to you, but we try our best. It’s a very simple way to run things. We don't have to worry about rent for a big building or anything like that. We just focus on the work itself. It’s honest and direct. If you write to us, a real person will read it and write back to you. That’s how we have always done it and we don't see any reason to change it now. We just check the inbox every morning and start typing our way through the day.
