Working at this LIC branch in Rajapuri is quite an experience. We are located at D-1/8 on Street 08, which is right in the heart of the Uttam Nagar area. We know a lot of the families in Rajapuri because they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s not a shiny corporate skyscraper; it’s a practical office in a residential street. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through the files. Sometimes the lines get a bit long on the last day of the month, and we have to tell people to be patient.
