Lic

This is the Lic office on Padam Singh Road, over at 16/542 here in New Delhi. It’s a busy street and we’ve been in this building for quite some time now. People come in mostly to ask about their papers or to pay what they owe on their policies. It gets a bit crowded sometimes, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out and about. We aren't trying to be some high-end corporate firm. It’s just a regular office where we keep track of things and talk to folks who walk in off the street. Our desks are usually covered in folders and we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at the computer. Dealing with life insurance and all those details takes a bit of patience. We try to explain things as simply as we can without using all those confusing terms. It’s just a job, and we do our best to stay organized in the middle of all the Delhi noise outside. Some days are quieter than others, giving us time to catch up on the filing. We know a lot of the regulars who come by to drop off documents or just check on their status. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there on Padam Singh Road, easy to find if you know the area. We just keep things moving and help people with their paperwork day in and day out. It’s nothing fancy, just a steady place.
