You can find us at C-105 in Ashok Vihar Phase-1. This is the LIC of India office for this part of Delhi. It’s a busy little spot. We have people coming in all day long with their papers and policy books. Most of them are neighbors who’ve lived in Ashok Vihar for decades. The office is filled with old steel cabinets and stacks of files. We aren't really into that modern, minimal look. It’s a working office. There’s always the sound of a printer going or someone explaining a form to a client. We try to keep things organized, but with so much paperwork, it’s a constant battle. We don't have a fancy mission statement painted on the wall. We just sit at our desks and help people figure out their insurance. Sometimes the wait is a bit long because we only have a few people working the front desk, but we get to everyone eventually. We take our tea breaks when we can, usually out by the front gate. Delhi-52 is a nice area, and we like being part of the community here. It’s not about being the biggest or the best; it’s just about being here when people need to settle their accounts or ask a question about their future. It’s honest work, and we do it the best we can every day.
