We’ve been here in Janak Puri at B-3/151 for a long time now. Most people know this spot near the main market area. It gets pretty busy in the mornings when folks drop by to check on their policies or ask about some paperwork they received in the mail. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and files everywhere, but we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the printer acts up or the queue gets a bit long on Mondays, but that's just how it is. We deal with life insurance stuff mostly. People come in worried about their premiums or wanting to update their address because they moved houses. It’s a lot of sitting across a desk and explaining forms. New Delhi heat makes the afternoon slow, so we usually have tea around four. If you're looking for the place, it's right in the residential block area. We don't have a big flashing sign, just the name on the door. It's mostly regular families from the neighborhood who visit us. My desk is usually covered in folders and I spend half my day looking for a stapler that someone borrowed. We just handle the day-to-day administration and make sure the records are updated correctly. It's steady work. Nothing too exciting happens here, but we've seen kids grow up and parents retire over the years. We just keep the files in order and help whoever walks through that front door in Janak Puri.
