You can find us at Flat No: 39 in Pocket:1, Sector: 14 Dwarka. It's a residential area, so our office feels very much like a home. We’re in New Delhi-110075. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us sitting around desks with our laptops. We started this because we liked traveling ourselves and thought we could help others do it too. There’s no big sign outside, just our door in the apartment complex. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to hotels or checking on train tickets. It gets pretty loud when two or three of us are talking at once. We keep a lot of brochures piled up on the side table, though most things are online now. Sometimes neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask about a quick trip. We don’t have a formal dress code; we just wear what’s comfortable. The kitchen is right there, so we make a lot of tea and sometimes share snacks during the afternoon slump. Dwarka is a nice place to work because it’s not as cramped as some other parts of Delhi. We try to be honest with people about what a trip will actually be like. It’s not always perfect, but we do our part to get the paperwork sorted. It’s just a simple travel desk in a quiet flat.
