Our office is in Flat No. 113 over at Prabhavi Apartment in Dwarka Sector 10. It’s a quiet residential building mostly, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on planning trips. We spend most of our time on the phone or on computers looking at flights and hotels. Since we are a DMC, we deal with a lot of ground details that people don't usually see. The Plot No. 20B area is easy to find if you know Dwarka well. We have a small team here, and sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we’re all in at the same time. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a regular apartment converted into a workspace where we get things done. We usually have maps spread out and notebooks full of scribbles about bus timings or tour guides. It can be stressful when a booking goes wrong, but we just pick up the phone and sort it out. People know us for being practical. We don't promise anything we can't do. Most of our clients come through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us for years. We like the local vibe of Sector 10. There’s a good market nearby where we grab lunch. It’s a normal office life, really, just trying to make sure people have a decent time when they travel around India. We just keep our heads down and handle the bookings as they come in every day.
