Our office for Lesconcierges Services Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Rohini Sector-7, at D-12, house 1531. Rohini is a big residential area, so it feels very much like a community here. We aren’t in some big office park; we are right where people live and go about their lives. The work we do is all about helping people with their daily needs and errands, so being in a neighborhood makes sense for us. The office is usually full of people making calls and trying to track down services for our clients. It can get a bit cluttered with all the notes and requests we have to keep track of. We don’t have a fancy dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting the jobs done. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We know the local shops around Sector-7 pretty well by now. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t have big speeches or elaborate plans. We just take the requests as they come in and try to find a way to help out. It’s a lot of coordination and staying on the phone until we get an answer. It might seem simple from the outside, but it keeps us very busy from morning until evening every single day.
