We operate out of a double-storey government quarter in Dev Nagar, which is right in the heart of Karol Bagh. It’s at 13/103. If you’ve ever been to Karol Bagh, you know it’s a maze of streets and markets, and our office is right in the middle of all that life. We do life care services, which basically means we help people out with the things they don't have time for. It’s a lot of different tasks every day. One minute we might be looking into some medical help for a client, and the next we are sorting out some household errand. The office is a bit old-fashioned since it’s in a government housing area, but it works for us. We have a couple of landlines that never seem to stop ringing, especially during the morning rush. The desks are covered in notebooks and lists because things move fast here. We aren't about being fancy; we just want to get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to work. There are plenty of tea shops nearby where we grab a quick break. It’s a busy, noisy, and very real place to work. We’ve got a small team that’s been together for years, so we all know how to handle the chaos. It’s just how we run things here in Dev Nagar.
