About Lemon Tree Amarante Beach Resort Goa – Tourism in Delhi
We are up here in Col-Bhatelbhara, which is a bit of a climb if you aren't used to the Pithoragarh roads. My name is Ravi and I help out with the daily stuff at Lemon Tree Amarante Beach Resort Goa. I know the name says Goa but we are actually tucked away in the Uttarakhand hills near Ancholi. It gets quiet here in the evenings, mostly just the sound of the wind through the trees and the occasional truck passing by on the main road. We spend most of our mornings checking the supplies that come in from the lower towns because if we forget something, it is a long way back down. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some desks and a window that looks out over the valley. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains heavy, so we just sit and wait it out with some tea. We have been here for a while now, seeing how the seasons change from really cold winters to the bright green of the monsoon. It is a lot of work keeping things running in a place like this, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate. Most of the staff live nearby, so we walk to work and talk about whatever is happening in the village. It is a simple life, really. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home before it gets too dark on the paths. There is always a lot of cleaning and organizing to do.
